Ahmed has regularly taken the role of lead program manager for several management consultancy engagements, covering areas starting from strategy formalization to setting goals and objectives to organizations restructuring and policies and procedures development that are based on client's needs and requirements matching with international best practices and benchmark. Also, Ahmed developed and managed major professional development in area, where he developed several learning and workforce development program in the region, with specialty of delivering in multiple locations covering even remote areas.

In addition to Ahmed's program manager role, Ahmed worked closely with Non-profit international organization, such as, World Bank, World Economics Fourm and IOM in North Africa, preparing detailed studies in areas of knowledge development, social and economics framework and public sector governance.

Ahmed worked with Zayed University's Outreach center where he developed his consultancy skills, knowledge and expertise in areas of public sector organization management and developing their internal knowledge capacity. In addition, Ahmed worked closed with private and financial sector during the major Emiratization development programs, where he developed the first Luxury Retail Leadership program, and worked with Central Bank of UAE and NBAD for their major in boarding 2 years training programs. After Zayed University's, Ahmed established his boutique consultancy and human capital development firm in Libya, where he successfully collaborate with international organization to develop the biggest Women Entrepreneurship Program in the region. In addition, to working with the major Telecom provider in optimizing their HR business processes and IT-Business alignments.

Ahmed's latest Achievement is managing the new system rollout for one of the major Islamic banks in UAE with 88 branch network, providing a specialized team in system training, helpdesk support and onsite support. The project completed in record time and meeting all the key success criteria set by the client.

Currently, Ahmed is aiming to achieve Business-IT alignment and utilize of disturbing technologies to engage with the business and enhance the adaptation processes to ensure return of investment and achieving competitive advantage. Also, Ahmed is pursing his higher education and is candidate for Executive MBA from Bradford University.
