A Canadian Human Capital Certified Management Consultant , a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC), and a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) in Toronto, with 14 years of experience, Amal has completed her post graduate studies in Human Resources Management and pursued, a career she enjoyed, in building bridges between business objectives and human assets of organizations.

Amal lead many successful HR consultancy projects in multiple locations around the world, and worked with several HR frameworks of Talent Management including HR planning, recruitment and selection, competency frameworks, JDs, onboarding, performance management, training and development, leadership programs, succession planning, etc.

Amal's clients ranged from public sector, such as governments and ministries, NFPs, UN agencies, to banks and market leaders in the private sector, and has always managed to perform beyond clients' expectations.
