Financial and Administration Director

Asmaa, the financial and administration director at MENTOR Global Consultant, is a financial accountant by profession where her key role is to work with all project managers at MENTOR Global Consultant to help them plan and manage their project budgets as well as monitor compliance and assist with the procurement process. Moreover, she work closely with the Managing Director to develop the company financial statements, performance reports, board briefs and help him manage the overall business so it makes the most money it can. Additionally she work with the financial audits to produce annual audited financial statements and work with other governmental authorities as well to ensure compliance and permits issuance.

As the financial director, Asmaa monitor the financial business performance, monitor cash flows, overseeing projects' budgets as well as the over all company budget to ensure all are adhering to the allocated amount for each of the budgeted items and adjust for contingencies and any additional items. Moreover, she is responsible to perform all accounting operations including payroll, invoicing, manage receivables and payables as well as all the relations with banks. Additionally, Asmaa develops detailed financial reports that cover the current financial performance as well as budgeting and projecting numbers for future plans. Asmaa prepares for the board and for the managing director all the required company presentations required for regular board meetings or in relations to any future venture.

Asmaa is a certified Quality Management System Internal Auditor; moreover, she manage the quality systems at MENTOR through a dedicated software and maintain the ISO 9001 QMS records for annual audits.

Asmaa under her administration direction role supervise operational and administrative support for MENTOR Global Consultants people and business including supervising the Human Resources Management, Purchasing Management, Vendor Relations and Projects Support.

Asmaa is a certified project manager and a certified accountant with a degree in Accounting and Financial Management as well. Asmaa is proficient in both Arabic and English.
