Eman has grown to be a distinguished learning development specialist provided in both English and Arabic to prime clients around the world such as the United Nations agencies, Dubai and Abu Dhabi Governments and multi-national companies such as SHELL.

Eman is proficient in creating and compiling well-structured training content saturated with interactive elements such as videos, games and roles plays and has broad experience in the area of performance management including good knowledge in halogen system applications and assisting in developing common milestones and goals across organizational units.

Since joining Mentor, Eman has worked with a number of leading Islamic banks within the region, to assist clients in creating a learning environment by providing customized training design and delivery, and addressing their issues while gaining the ability to have strong communication and time management skills.
