E-Learning Developer

Ghinwa is an eLearning designer and developer that has developed a wide variety of interactive modules. Coming from a design background, Ghinwa studied Landscape Design and Eco-system Management in the American University of Beirut. During her study she learned how to work with clients and deliver what satisfies them. Ghinwa have the right mixture between technical and design skills.

The E-Learning modules that Ghinwa develops are created from a storyboard that suits the style and branding of the client. Every project she works on is costumed to fit its client desires and needs such as language, mindset, viewers' background, etc…

Ghinwa worked on various projects with different subjects, which helped her explore her horizon of knowledge to new topics with every project. Some of these projects are:

Emirates Development Bank; this course entails five training modules delivered to the bank employees.
Dubai Islamic Bank; training courses designed for DIB Branch managers as part of a customized leadership development program
United Nations; 5 e-learning modules illustrating presentation skills for UN employees across the world.

Ghinwa believes that eLearning modules can have a very positive impact on the organization, only when the modules are designed well and aligned towards business goals; hence, Ghinwa aims on staying up-to-date with all new programs and trends related to eLearning to improve her technical skills.
