Samar is a summa cum laude CS graduate from University of Illinois and has gained USA professional experience. She is currently leading many of MENTOR's engagements with the United Nations, government and private sector in UAE and around the world. Samar works on designing strategic frameworks, Talent solutions master plans, and program design and management. She is a team leader who is structured and well-rounded in planning, scheduling, managing, monitoring and evaluating various kinds of programs.

As a Lead Consultant, Samar has extensive experience in providing clients with advisory solutions in the areas of Business Strategy, Business Planning and Control, Organizational and Management Restructuring, Performance Management and Human Resources Development.

Samar has managed and led a number of assignments related to restructuring organizations, designing corporate strategy, creating authority matrices and writing business plan reports. Furthermore, Samar is well experienced in developing comprehensive policies and procedures manuals that cover many functional operational and non-operational disciplines. Additionally, she has designed and developed dozens of assessments, training programs, participants' manuals, facilitators' guides, e-learning packages, interactive learning platforms, etc…

Samar has worked on designing and developing ROI reports for various interventions where she engineers the process of collecting data and feedback, performing complex analytics and presenting them to top management in clients' organizations.

Samar has designed many of MENTOR's nationalization programs and has a track record of achievements in this respect.
